There is no bridge

To span the gap

Between the desire

For personal peace

And it’s attainment

Because of some

“Other’s” bridge

Is built differently

Plus, is in the way

So it becomes a

Matter of knocking

Down their bridge

To happiness so that

They can build theirs

Meanwhile……..

The cycle repeats




Whilst the wealthy

Try to cover the gap

With more money

The famous

With more fame

The intoxicated

With more toxins




It is the lucky soul

Who has personal peace

That had arrived there

Without bridges

Showing others

There is no gap

Regardless of the

Elusive building materials
