The Truth
Will never be known
Only perceptions will emerge
From subjective views
Glimpses of reality
That no one else can see
Experience or replicate
There are simply
Too many moving parts
Quarks and neutrinos
Making up atoms
Cells and clusters
Zipping this way and that
Alternating between
Waves and particles
Mass and mystery
Combining at once
In anthropomorphic form
Moment to moment
As some move on and
Some stay for the ride
All aboard a spaceship
Hurling through the cosmos
Made up of the same
Quarks and neutrinos
Waves and particles
As some sort of
Done with mirrors illusion
(My understanding is that, every eleven years, give or take, every cell in the human body is replaced. Begging the first question. Where did “you” go”? Along with, now, who are you? If you are what you eat, then you have flushed away, who you were.
For example, skin cells change more often than bone cells. Oxygen cells are converted near immediately into the bloodstream. Transforming alleged nutrition into energy and / or waste. Divinely depending on where it is needed.)
Truths are made up
Like money and borders
Names of animals and plants
Stars and galaxies
People and places
Numbers and values
Languages and math
Karma and justice
God(s) religion(s) and time
All made up
Because in the bizarreness
Of our collective consciousness
………. we can
And yet
Depending on the circumstance
One is still inclined
To cling to one
Or the other
Or all
As if one or the many
Are, or even maybe
The “truth”
Like it is the oxygen
One needs to breathe
To feel internally / eternally okay
Which only lasts but a moment
“The opposite of a profound truth is
another profound truth” – Niels Bohr
“And That’s the Truth”
“Pblblthhhh,”
– Lily Tomlin
“All of that
Which has reality
Has no basis
In reality, “
– Angelo Devlin

Thank you so very much. I am glad they resonate. Otherwise, most times, I think they only make sense to me.
