Enough Already

IMPEACH,  then forgive and forget.

“Trying to reason with a madman is both useless and time consuming.”

An investigation isn’t going to reveal anything more than when Cheney held Bush’s hand during their “interview” to reveal, what everyone knows,  Bush knows nothing, other than what his puppeteers tell him.

Bush-Cheney 9/11 Interview Won’t Be Formally Recorded

The White House said on Tuesday that there would be no recording or formal transcription of the historic joint interview of President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney by the independent commission investigating the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

Well, isn’t that just dandy? Not bad privilege of power.  Not only is lady justice blinded, seems to be deaf, and on the take.  Maybe that is why she is blindfolded so she can’t reveal who’s tipping the scales.

Debt, deception and decadence appear to be the strings operating this petulant administration’s puppet show.  Dancing on the stage of incompetence,  injustice and intolerance.

“Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

John Dalberg-Acton

Let’s not be like the ones who complained about the health care system for 8 years and not have a replacement.

A compassionate meritocracy would seem to work.  Otherwise, finger pointing, only reveals three pointing back.

“I am not an advocate for frequent changes in laws and Constitutions. But laws and institutions must go hand in hand with the progress of the human mind.

As that becomes more developed, more enlightened, as new discoveries are made, new truths discovered and manners and opinions change, with the change of circumstances, institutions must advance also to keep pace with the times.

We might as well require a man to wear still the coat which fitted him when a boy as civilized society to remain ever under the regimen of their barbarous ancestors.”

Thomas Jefferson

“Time For Change”  Motley Cruê

I heard some kids telling me
How they’ve lost all the faith, in the way
They’ve been talking world peace
And the wars in the streets

The lines on their faces so deep, yeah
A revolution, or reach out
And touch the day
We’re overdue, child

Change
Now it’s time for change
Nothing stays the same
Now it’s time for change

I feel the the future
In the hands of our youth
No more lies
Old, tired fools tell our future
With tarot cards, and lie of crime The lines on their faces so deep, yeah
A revolution, or reach out
And touch the day
We’re overdue, child

Change
Now it’s time for change
Nothing stays the same
Now it’s time for change

I’ll change
I’ll change
Not tomorrow, but today

Change
Now it’s time for change
Nothing stays the same
Now it’s time for change
