And Justice for None
The longer title being “Divisible, while subjugated and justice for none.”
A dark play of words as a stark reminder as to what some actually “pledge” their allegiance to.
A mishmash post of sorts.
Mishmash : A creative way to neither take the responsibility or the time to transform incoherent thoughts into well formed concepts that might stand alone and change the world.
Whew, there’s ego for you. Like anybody besides me is reading this.
Information unsprung from the shallow surface as a trickle of unconsciousness has dripped upon the screen in the form of onyx digitized pixles seemingly and seamlessly from a cranium container to free flowing fingers.
As opposed to springing from a deep well and stream of consciousness, it is a little lacking.
Here goes.
And Justice For None
Save
“We The People”
And
“We”
Are not the “people”
“It’s a big club and you aren’t in it.
You and I, are not in, The Big Club”.
By the way, it’s the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe.
All day long beating you over the head with their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy.”
– George Carlin
How is it that a single representative of the “state” is empowered by the same to do the following. In the name of “We The People”, under the guise “To Serve and To Protect”.
To be the judge, jury, prosecutor and lynch man to the ebony skinned bipedal earthling artist.
Who by his mere presence, makes some sanctioned, by the state afraid, therefore can unjustifiably carry out “justice” to quell his own fears by launching lead projectiles into a body, due to its hue.

The orange epidermis 71 year old billowing blonde hair guy with an eggshell fragile ego, feels comfortable taunting the North Korean leader, with an itchy trigger finger on his 357 nuke magnum with icbm capabilities and faulty safety.
Whose people are on the perpetual brink of starving to death. In a nuclear game of chicken, while participating in a global prick waving/measuring contest.
Hedging his bet they won’t be able to hit the broadside of a barn. Forgetting that with practice comes perfection.
Putting millions of earthling artists in the cross hairs of nuclear annihilation. No justice or justification for that.
All the while, those who are highly likely guilty of various kinds of “wrongdoing”, obstructing justice, manipulating “democratic” elections, breaking oaths to not only uphold the constitution, but shredding it so horribly, it is hardly recognizable. Plus colluding with foreign agents, banks and oligarchs.
“Those” “people” are given huge amounts of time to “lawyer” up, big time. Given advance notice that they will even be indicted. Have the luxury and protection of “closed” door hearings.
Very much in alignment with his republican predecessors, pee and poop, #1 and #2 Bush and Cheney got away with, not only closed door hearings, their hand holding testimony was neither recorded or transcribed. All under the guise of “national security”.
A bit dated, but poignant Reagan administration shenanigans continuing today in the Republican stronghold.
“And the Supreme Court decided about a year ago that it’s all right to put people in jail now if we just think they’re going to commit a crime. It’s called preventive detention. All you’ve got to do now is just think they’re going to commit a crime.
Well if we’d known this seven or eight years (months) ago we could have put a bunch of these Republican motherfuckers directly into prison.
Yeah! put ’em in the joint where they belong and we could have saved the expense of putting these pin-headed assholes on trial.”
– George Carlin
That appears to be a diabolical disparity that should give one pause to consider what “the people” do, using fear mongering to distract the masses.
“anything they can do to keep us fighting with each other, so that they can keep going to the bank!
– George Carlin
What we accept is unacceptable, what is unacceptable, we expect.
Anybody paying attention that the rule of law does not apply to the rulers of law?
“These are the ‘law and order’ people, These are the people who are against street crime. They want to put street criminals in jail to make life safer for the business criminals.
They’re against street crime providing that street isn’t Wall Street” (or “Main” street)
– George Carlin
Wonder what street Frump Tower Moscow was / is going to be built on?
Stalin Street, Collusion Circle, Liars Lane, Bad Behavior Boulevard, Arrogance Ave?
Is it at the off ramp of the Hacking Highway or can one get to it by taking the deceptive detour by the Fraudulent Freeway to get to Warmongers Way, adjacent to the Misogyny mall.
It is a corrupt and further corruptible system, till we awaken from our nefarious slumber believing we are separate from the whole.
“The table is tilted, folks. The game is rigged and nobody seems to notice. Nobody seems to care.”
– George Carlin
The “we the people” perspective was inspired by Ta-Nehisi Coates book “Between the World and Me”.
Likewise the frightening power bestowed upon some, who would rather use a weapon than common sense.
“We should just make it a little more difficult for a person with known violent tendencies to get a gun. And again……. I’m not talking about the cops.”
//
“I think we can all agree that blue lives murder.” // “They’re murdering us. Well, not us. We’re (pink) white.”
– David Cross
“Dumb, always trying to keep people f#cking dumb. Why all this racial profiling. Why they all, like in shock, like this is new?
Shooting in the back, all this bullshit. Why is this new? When did you ever read where off duty black cop has shot a white cop in the back?
Never, it don’t happen. It doesn’t happen, but it sure happens the other way around,”
– Paul Mooney
Less bullets, more brains.
The strong don’t need guns.(WMD’S)
(WMD’S) Guns are the tools of the weak.
This is true
If you disagree with me,
it’s okay.
You’re wrong.
– Henry Rollins
I can’t think of any other group that through its collective, deems it necessary to bestow the power to and be the arbiter of life or death to so few when those same rules don’t apply in reverse.
Capital Punishment, unjust wars, (at this point, aren’t all wars unjust?) Political Assassinations, killing sovereign earthlings to steal the resources under their feet, covering their tracks with oil boiled blood.
Offer up your best defense
But this is the end
This is the end of the innocence
O’beautiful, for spacious skies
But now those skies are threatening
They’re beating plowshares into swords
For this tired old man we elected king
Armchair warriors often fail
And we’ve been poisoned by
These fairy tales
The lawyers dwell on small details
