Pro = For….Right?
A political ad by Miss Representing
(Not actual name, on the billboard)
The trouble with ads that one sees over and over again, like on billboards is questioning their intent versus their implication.
Here is one, a candidate had up for waaay too long. A short but savvy sweet message.
Pro Family
Pro Choice
Pro Privacy
Elect Miss Representing to district zero
In an exponential excremental exposition of hyperbolic hypocrisy this ad was a poster in contradiction.
I too am for family, choice* and privacy, who wouldn’t be. I am just not running for office.
A picture is worth a thousand words. The picture on the billboard was probably worth two thousand words. Promise I won’t make it that long.
It was a BIG picture of a big family of five, (more than 3, is big in my estimation)
“It’s irresponsible to have more than one child. Have one. Have one child, replacement value for yourself, that’s all. Don’t even replace your husband. Don’t replace your husband. No. He’s done enough fucking damage as it is.”
– George Carlin
Besides, the words on the billboard and the picture, should convey and backup the same message to be really effective……right?
While it is cute to be, for family and for choice*.
For one, those cancel each other out. Two, no one in the picture was holding a jar of a fetus in formaldehyde. Making the message a misrepresentation of marketing.
Three, if you are for family and for privacy, you would not have exposed the identity of your family’s identities for political gain, by plastering their likenesses on the side of the highway for every schmuck to be able to identify.
*Just to be clear, I am all for every human being having the right to live to their fullest divine potential, no matter how small they start out to be or how old they get.
Where this should have stopped.
However, if soldiers and police have the legal loophole of qualified immunity to kill who they are told to, (because their Uncle Sam ordered them to) or feel like, due their self hatred disguised as racism. Then half the population should have the same loophole.
Their body, their choice = qualified immunity.
Making murder illegal by suggesting it is immoral is merely a power play by those in power as an arbitrary ambiguous line to cross if it fills their pocketbooks.
Murder is wrong, unless power needs a resource it is willing to sacrifice soldiers against Sovereign citizens to acquire more power.
Thou shalt not kill, seems only to apply to the womb because……”Conservatives want live babies so they can raise them to be dead soldiers.”
– George Carlin
Maybe if society stops killing out of the womb fetuses, a paradigm shift will occur and no more will need to be planted as replacements.
Ones that aren’t wanted, to grow up with that sensation, unintentionally forcing them to join a government gang to feel like they belong there. Albeit to kill people, but at least with a sense of belonging.
Only conscious acts of conscientious parents fully equipped and qualified to be guides to divine sparks ought to be reproducing.
“We have to have a beautiful world where children can come to, okay?”
– Bill Hicks
I am pro a beautiful world.
“Just an observation,
Maybe I need
Different glasses.”
– Angelo Devlin
