WHY ?
The infinite, most inevitably
Unanswerable question
Is my favorite question
Of the five W’s and an H
Who
What
When
Where
Why
And
How
Though “Why ?”, is my favorite question
I am learning not to ask it
For any one else’s explanation
Regarding their behavior or acts
Ultimately, they do not know, nor have
The inclination to try or want to understand
Likewise, I may not grasp why I do what I do
However, it is worth asking myself why, why, why
Methinks, that if one inquired of me
My behavior or acts, I could give a fairly finite answer
Because most times, I’ve already thought it through
In other words, I have a why (*) to my why (act)
A thought out, * rational, reason, purpose, or intent
Even if it is a mildly unconscious OCD as an OCB
Obsessive Compulsive Behavior, not Disorder
Besides, who gets to decide what is, the disorder
Ironically, if someone doesn’t like or believe my why
They will make up their own “why” anyway
Conversely, sadly, I am inclined to do the same
It’s kind of like hearing
“Everything happens for a reason,”
Every individual gets to make up
Their own perception of what
They think is the reason
And, just like people’s
Interpretation of God
Not even two will be similar
Enough to be categorized together
Why?
Because we can and it satiates
Our own individual narcissistic ego
That thinks it “knows” the reason why
Or their understanding of God
Is the most accurate and defining
“I have special glasses
To see the contradiction
In everything.”
