Colorful Lives Matter

December 22, 2016

Politics is tricky. My grandpa is funny, my grandpa, he loves to try and stay involved, but he’s 97 years old and he’s deaf as a post. So, sometimes he misses things.

The other day he is watching tv, big protest, and this is what he says.

“Well of course black lights matter, you ever seen a stripper in the daylight?”

Brett Erickson  “Grandpa and politics

Blue Lives Matter,  misses the point.

Depending on what city you are in, and what primary epidermis color the Pavlovian bell ringing media is going to use to identify individuals race’s against each other then;

Blue (officers) can include pink, yellow, brown, red, olive, etc.

Might as well be Storm Trooper’s Lives matter.  Have you seen the latest gear law enforcement is wearing?.

Because it seems like (or at least the way my mind works) these are still collection of words, made into phrases that create simple mindless Pavlovian reactionaries to engage in extended Orwellian two minutes hate…

Keeping would be, could be, intelligent bipedal earth creatures from their collective achievement of the awareness that we are all “one”.

With only the slightest whisper of divisiveness as a distraction.

Quite frankly,  with this collective awareness,  there’d be no need for police of any color,  anywhere for any reason.

To which, we could transform that energy into exploring other worlds,  galaxies and dimensions.

George Carlin “On little things we share”

‘Cause that’s all you ever hear about in this country. It’s our differences.

That’s all the media and the politicians are ever talking about–the things that separate us, things that make us different from one another.

That’s the way the ruling class operates in any society. They try to divide the rest of the people. They keep the lower and the middle classes fighting with each other so that they, the rich, can run off with all the fucking money!

Fairly simple thing. Happens to work. You know? Anything different–that’s what they’re gonna talk about–race, religion, ethnic and national background, jobs, income, education, social status, sexuality, anything they can do to keep us fighting with each other, so that they can keep going to the bank!

Reacting is fine, it’s the constant counter reacting that gets us into trouble.

  1. “…the constant counter reacting that gets us into trouble.” You got it there.
