Illegality
Making something illegal, doesn’t prevent it from happening, it merely sets up a mind construct for control, profit and manipulation, violence and death.
Especially if you are the head muckity muck in the Executive Execution branch, manipulating and infecting the diseased and dying Judicial and Legislative branches being a sparrow hawk, flitting around the media offshoot, to tweet your alleged innocence.
Before actually being charged with a crime. If you do not do anything wrong you can not get caught.
Am quite sure Stephon Clark would have liked the same protracted public prosecution to prove that he was only carrying a cell phone.
Perhaps he was trying to tweet that before getting shot at 20 times, landing (brutally piercing) 6 (six) in the BACK.
“Stephon Clark was shot and killed on the evening of March 18, 2018, by two officers of the Sacramento Police Department in Sacramento, California, United States.
The officers were looking for a suspect who was breaking windows in the Meadowview neighborhood, and confronted Clark, an unarmed 22-year-old African-American man whom they found in the yard of his grandmother’s house, where he resided.”

Priorities
Stephon Clark shot to death for allegedly breaking windows. Seems a tad harsh.
(For the sake of argument, windows can be replaced. Unlike breaking up families at the border as is the administration’s immigration policy, might be a little harder to fix, or replace if they can be reunited at all.)
DJT rewriting the tax code so he has more and you have less is stealing.
Those white collar criminals sure are savvy sunsabitches aren’t they??
Theft is theft, right? An election perhaps, so immediate family can manipulate international policy (Qatar) geared towards clearing up “Inside Man” style. Pretty Kushy deal.
“As a result, Kushner should have fully recused himself from participating in US foreign policy matters involving Qatar,” wrote an ethics expert for CNN this March.
Kushner was key in advising Trump on the U.S. response to the blockade of Qatar by its Saudi and United Arab Emirates only a month after the Kushner Cos. unsuccessfully solicited funding from the Qatar finance minister for the 666 Fifth Ave.”

Or altering up another country’s tariff that they might (okay, actually did) loan (give) you money on the sly to keep a business afloat.
“Then there is a darker imputed motive, based on the fact that a Chinese state-controlled company loaned US$500-million to an Indonesian theme park that will feature hotels, a golf course and a residence branded with the Trump name. The news came just days before the President’s tweet.
Coincidence or not, it looks bad because Mr. Trump refuses to divest himself of his business interests.”

Oops
Where is the Sacramento police to stop those crimes?
Nevermind they’re too trigger happy around guys carrying cell phones.
This is just as good as any place to drop in once again Ayn Rand’s law quote.
“Did you really think we want those laws observed?” said Dr. Ferris. “We want them to be broken. You’d better get it straight that it’s not a bunch of boy scouts you’re up against…
We’re after power and we mean it… There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals.
Well, when there aren’t enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.
Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What’s there in that for anyone?
But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted – and you create a nation of law-breakers – and then you cash in on guilt.
Now that’s the system, Mr. Reardon, that’s the game, and once you understand it, you’ll be much easier to deal with.”
