Land Of Opportunity
“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
– Dr Wayne Dyer
Land of the free
Home of the brave
Or
Lazy and complacent
Unimaginative and
Blatantly racist
Why else would anyone object to people moving from one part of the planet to another.
1 They will need housing.
Get it. Construction jobs, forestry jobs. Not all the trees in the west got smoked. Perhaps properly managed, might just reduce the fire hazard for years to come.
2 Coming here on foot, they will need transportation and new shoes
Get it. Vehicle mfg and shoe sales.
3 They will be thirsty and need to eat.
Get it, food harvest and distribution jobs.
Need more examples against racist rants.
Don’t speak the language.
Get it. More teaching jobs, more schools, some even for us to be taught their language, use our brains better for communication not condemnation.
So that the “minority” “English” speaking earthlings could speak another’s speak.
More construction, infrastructure, and opportunities for those here to make a buck to help maintain their bank indentured servitude.
Whether the enslavement numbers are up. (Oops, meant the employment is at an all time high). Or freedom is infinitely cherished. Here is a golden opportunity to cash in, by serving the new guests.
Not treat them as “foreigners”, seeing as how, if viewed from *(A Distance). We are all floating on the same sphere or flat disc,. However you choose to see it.
When there are now more “hiring signs” every where you go, it is a pathetically weak argument, that anyone is “taking” anyone’s job.
Besides, having heard, that upwards of 70% of those working, don’t like their jobs anyway. Making any caravan a disguised blessing, should it be viewed that way.
If one’s thinking is, there are simply too many people here, yet have children, you are complicit from a different direction.
If you don’t have biological reproductions of self, then it shouldn’t matter anyway, you did your part.
* “From A Distance”
From a distance
The world looks blue and green,
and the snow-capped mountains white.
From a distance
Tthe ocean meets the stream,
and the eagle takes to flight.
From a distance, there is harmony,
and it echoes through the land.
It’s the voice of hope,
it’s the voice of peace,
it’s the voice of every man.
From a distance we all have enough,
And no one is in need.
And there are no guns, no bombs,
And no disease,
No hungry mouths to feed.
From a distance we are instruments
Marching in a common band.
Playing songs of hope,
Playing songs of peace.
They’re the songs of every man.
God is watching us. God is watching us.
God is watching us from a distance.
From a distance you look like my friend,
Even though we are at war.
From a distance
I just cannot comprehend
What all this fighting is for.
From a distance there is harmony,
And it echoes through the land.
And it’s the hope of hopes,
It’s the love of loves,
it’s the heart of every man.
It’s the hope of hopes,
Iit’s the love of loves.
This is the song of every man.
And God is watching us,
God is watching us,
God is watching us from a distance.
Oh, God is watching us, God is watching.
God is watching us from a distance
