Not Playing The Blame Game
Might be a better place to start.
There are so many fingers
Pointing, flipping and wagging
Our only option is to close our eyes
For a moment then catch our breath
“Breathe deep the gathering gloom,
Watch lights fade from every room.
Bedsitter people look back and lament,
Another day’s useless energy spent.
//
Cold hearted orb that rules the night,
Removes the colours from our sight.
Red is grey and yellow white.
But we decide which is right,
And which is an illusion.”
– Moody Blues
“Late Lament”
Avoiding the blame game
Could start with this:
.
“Poor planning on your part does not necessitate an emergency on mine.”
Bob Carter
.
However, I’d like to help.
.
In the fragile scheme of things
At this point
Will pointing fingers help
It would appear as not likely
Otherwise I might be
A master of the universe
Or what’s his name could be
As blaming everyone but himself
Is his modus operendi
Convincing others (his base)
That that is leadership
And will solve the problems
By assigning blame
Keeping in mind that when
One is pointing forward
Three are pointing back
One then can surely see
Where the problems lie
