Thought Police Reassigned

The thought police divisions of the CIA, FBI, ATF,  US Marshalls, have been reassigned.

Turns out, they ran out of thoughts to monitor as so few are THINKING anymore.

Not to worry,  everyone will stay employed in the new division of Pavlovian Proletariat Police.

So now when segments of the population turn like a school of fish en masse but not in the direction that was intended.

They will simply dial up the news organizations to report a different story to distract them from realizing how little they are in control of their own lives.

Can’t get much more Pavlovian than that.
