On the last trip by the billboard
Noticed a barely noticeable
Logo and “something” ministries
That must have paid for the ad
.
Wouldn’t it be better if the money
From the collection plate went straight
To helping people in need, instead of
Sending cryptic messages via billboards
.
Then maybe the people helped would be
Inspired to live the Master’s teachings
.
(You know, somebody somewhere is
Beaming at their clever sign and “message”
.
Not sure how that passage offers stability
