More Boring Reasons

May 16, 2022

Part two, so to speak of Reasoning
For the reason being
It would have made “Reasoning”
Be waaaay too loooong

Much like the alleged

Creation of existence

Two fold

Neither provable

That that

“In the beginning” (story)

– Genesis 1 1

“Actually” occured

Or that a group of dudes

Sat around being bored

And “made” that shit up

“Here’s how it happened: About five thousand years ago, a bunch of religious and political hustlers got together to figure out how they could control people and keep them in line.

They knew people were basically stupid and would believe anything they were told, so these guys announced that God— “

– George Carlin

“Created” the universe

WHY?

Because he was bored.

Have no clue, am

Just a schmuck

Driving a truck

If you were / are the

Master of the universe

Infinite intelligence

Floating in the ether

With nothing to do

Surely your reasoning

For creating the universe

Was simply because

You were bored

Like a parent telling a child

They are bored

Because they are sleepy

Burdening the child with

Having to have to go to sleep

Or finding something to do

Either way, getting out of

The parents hair because

They are bored being parents

Needing to exercise control

For some strange reason

“The proverbs idle hands are the devil’s workshop, idle hands are the devil’s tools, and idle hands are the devil’s playground mean that someone who is unoccupied and bored will find mischief; someone who has nothing to do will partake in something that will get him into trouble.”

– grammarist.com

Well, well, according to that one book
Who had more idle hands than God?

For what “reason” are you
Living in this manifested mischief

Seems more likely thay we are
Playing on the Devil’s playground

Are you the byproduct of
Someone else’s boredom

Eliminating reason would
Bring one to an understanding
That everything is such that it is
Which is actually easier
(If you try)
Than pretending to point out
Pathetic purposes for
Stuff one clearly
Does not understand

“Just an observation,
Maybe I need
Different glasses.”

– Angelo Devlin
