Besides, it would be a lot more empowering to decide to believe (That is what free will and the power of the mind can achieve.) that our ancestral predecessors willed themselves out of some warm wet oozy silt, making good use of an infinite intelligence / god force.

Certainly that would also help in escalating our evolution towards becoming divine beings of light and love.
Rather than merely accepting the notion that some dude floating around in the absolute zero cold vacuum of a colorless lifeless cosmic nothingness decided to “create” humanoids after having made a nice warm wet well lit place for them to stay and eat. A gigantic bed and breakfast, if you will.
.Only to dislike the behavior of the whole lot of them, excersizing “his” option to drown all but a few of them. (I guess, if one builds it, they have the “right” to break it.) Not, that the leftovers were any better, since they too were from the first batch.
That is like gambling with your own self made “weighted” dice, box car side heavy, hoping to roll sevens, knowing regardless you will always come up with snake eyes.
Faltering the weak notion of omniscience.
If an entity was that omnisciently and omnipotently powerful enough to be able to “create” billions upon quadrillions of an infinite number of nuclear explosion spherical sources of life maintaining heat and light to even more ball shaped rocks in specific and continuous elliptical orbits, would have had the same wherewithal to completely start over with a brand new batch of humanoids.
Or simply bale on the whole thing and enjoy some peace and quiet in the dark

Might as just call it fireworks day. Hoping that at the end of that day weak week your child still has all ten fingers, can see with both eyes so they can keep learning to read then question things and stop all this distractive nonsense that impedes their independence and evolution.

Me, I’m for all lives matter. What gets forgotten in the Blue (which seems to be a strange temporary euphemism for “white”) lives matter movement, is that there are black-blues, brown-blues, yellow-blues, etc.
The irony, or lack thereof of using the pledge within the image, is that at the end, even before it was ever altered, through all versions, states.
